‘Coffee trend’ cafeteria in Nicolae Titulescu University

The cafeteria is located on the ground floor, easy to find because there are signs in the building pointing to it. The atmosphere is very friendly and the place looks good with paintings on the walls, flowers on the tables, air conditioning and everything very clean.

The serving staff was polite and they brought the food to the table, a rarity in a student eatery. Someone came and changed the ashtrays from time to time and there is also a non-smoking section downstairs.

The menu wasn’t too varied but the food tasted fine. Prices are acceptable: soup for 3 or 4 RON and main dishes from 4 to 7 RON. The cutlery was for one use only. The personnel wore hats but no gloves.
