If you’re hungry and find yourself near the Cismigiu park, then you should definitely check out the student cafeteria right across from Izvor metro station. The cafeteria caters not only to students, but also to the employees from the nearby companies.

The place is rather small, under 20 tables, but fairly clean, and the seats are comfortable. There’s a waitress who takes your order and brings the food to the table, much like in a regular restaurant. The wash room is quite clean and well lit. The food is good and the menu is varied, and you can pretty much eat a full meal for under 10 RON, if you don’t mind walking around for the rest of the day smelling like food.
