Situated three tramway stops from the Nicolae Grigoresu metro station, the Theodor Pallady dorm has spacious rooms with four beds and new furniture. There's a bathroom for every room, and a small hallway, which can stand for a kitchen.

So no dirty bathrooms, no cooking on the corridors - no bad smell in the building. That and the fact that it is located in the courtyard of the "Costin Nenitescu" Chemistry High School makes it a nice quiet place to live.

However, because of the distance from the city center, residents have fewer possibilities to go out in the evening. They basically have nowhere to socialize apart from the dorm itself. A market is conveniently situated three tram stops away at Nicolae Grigorescu.
